Pamela Tudor’s expressive paintings focus on concerns about our beautiful planet and aspire to touch something in the collective unconscious and individuals’ hearts and minds. Her abstract work is often colorful and whimsical. Bird-themed paintings and assemblages abound in her intuitive and often well-researched work. She expresses herself in acrylic mixed-media paintings, shadow boxes, and palm bark assemblages. Pamela uses non-traditional materials such as palm and bamboo bark, stones, found and recycled objects to capture the beauty, destruction and power of the natural world.
